Kushtet e Përdorimit
1. Për çfarë bëhet fjalë
VoluntEja është platformë që lidh vullnetarë me nisma të organizatave jofitimprurëse (OJF) në Shqipëri, e administruar nga DORCAS AID INTERNATIONAL ALBANIA (“ne”), L.10, Blloku i Ri i Sportit, Korçë, Shqipëri, NIPT K24308001I.
Duke krijuar llogari, ju pranoni këto kushte. Nëse nuk i pranoni, mos e përdorni platformën.
2. Kush mund ta përdorë
- Duhet të jeni 16 vjeç e lart.
- Për të dhuruar duhet të jeni 18 vjeç e lart dhe të përdorni mjete pagese që ju përkasin.
- Llogaritë e OJF-ve krijohen nga persona të autorizuar për të përfaqësuar atë organizatë. OJF-të verifikohen nga ne përpara se të shfaqen si të verifikuara; ne mund ta refuzojmë ose heqim verifikimin.
- Një person, një llogari. Mos e ndani fjalëkalimin.
3. Llogaria juaj
Jeni përgjegjës për fjalëkalimin dhe për veprimtarinë në llogarinë tuaj. Njoftoni menjëherë nëse dyshoni se dikush ka hyrë pa lejen tuaj. Mund të dilni nga llogaria në çdo pajisje; tokenat anulohen.
Të dhënat që jepni duhet të jenë të vërteta — sidomos emri dhe qyteti, sepse OJF-të mbështeten te ato kur ju pranojnë në një nismë.
4. Rregullat e sjelljes
Në komunitet dhe në profil ndalohen: gjuha e urrejtjes, kërcënimet, ngacmimi, përmbajtja seksuale, dhuna, mashtrimi, spam-i, reklamat e paautorizuara, shkelja e të drejtave të autorit, imitimi i dikujt tjetër, dhe publikimi i të dhënave personale të të tjerëve pa pëlqim.
Mjetet janë në duart tuaja dhe funksionojnë sot:
- Raporto një mesazh (mbaj shtypur mesazhin) — shkon te administratorët.
- Hesht një përdorues — mesazhet e tij fshihen nga pamja juaj, por mund t’i shihni me një prekje.
- Blloko një përdorues — nuk shihni më asnjë mesazh të tij.
- Bllokimet dhe heshtjet i menaxhoni te Cilësimet → Privatësia dhe siguria.
Ne mund të fshijmë mesazhe, të heshtim ose të përjashtojmë përdorues nga dhomat, dhe të pezullojmë ose mbyllim llogari që shkelin këto rregulla. Për shkelje të rënda veprojmë pa paralajmërim.
5. Nismat, aplikimet dhe pjesëmarrja
- Kur aplikoni, OJF-ja pritëse sheh emrin, qytetin dhe foton tuaj dhe vendos nëse ju konfirmon.
- Mund të tërhiqeni në çdo moment nga Aplikimet e mia. Nëse ishit i konfirmuar, pikët e pjesëmarrjes hiqen — kjo është e qëllimshme.
- Paraqituni nëse konfirmoheni, ose tërhiqeni në kohë. Mosparaqitja e përsëritur mund të kufizojë aplikimet tuaja.
- OJF-ja është përgjegjëse për organizimin, sigurinë, udhëzimet dhe çdo detyrim ligjor të aktivitetit. Nëse diçka shkon keq në terren, i drejtoheni OJF-së; njoftoni edhe ne.
- OJF-të garantojnë se nismat e tyre janë reale, të ligjshme dhe të përshkruara me vërtetësi.
6. Pikët, nivelet dhe distinktivët
Pikët, nivelet dhe distinktivët janë njohje simbolike e kontributit tuaj. Nuk kanë vlerë monetare, nuk shkëmbehen, nuk transferohen dhe nuk blihen. Ne mund të korrigjojmë pikë të dhëna gabimisht ose të fituara me mashtrim (p.sh. ftesa false, aplikime fiktive).
7. Dhurimet dhe fushatat
- Pagesat përpunohen nga Pago. Ne nuk shohim dhe nuk ruajmë kurrë të dhënat e kartës suaj.
- Dhurimi konfirmohet vetëm pasi Pago e konfirmon pagesën. Shuma duhet të jetë brenda kufijve të shfaqur në aplikacion.
- Dhurimet nuk rimbursohen, me këto përjashtime: pagesë e dyfishtë ose gabim teknik i dokumentuar, dhe fushatë e anuluar përpara përdorimit të fondeve. Në të dyja rastet na shkruani në info@dorcasalbania.org.
- Fondet përdoren për qëllimin e fushatës. Nëse një fushatë nuk realizohet, Dorcas i drejton fondet te një qëllim i ngjashëm ose i rimburson, sipas rastit.
- Dhurimi nuk është blerje dhe nuk ju jep asnjë të drejtë pronësie apo kthimi.
8. Përmbajtja juaj
Përmbajtja që ngarkoni (foto, mesazhe, përshkrime) mbetet e juaja. Duke e ngarkuar, na jepni një leje jo-ekskluzive, pa pagesë, për ta shfaqur brenda platformës me qëllim funksionimin e saj.
Garantoni se keni të drejtë ta ngarkoni. Nëse dikush shfaqet në foton tuaj, sigurohuni që pranon.
Kur fshini llogarinë, përmbajtja juaj fshihet — shihni Politikën e Privatësisë §6.
Emri “VoluntEja”, logot dhe dizajni i platformës janë pronë e DORCAS AID INTERNATIONAL ALBANIA.
9. Disponueshmëria dhe ndryshimet
Platforma ofrohet “siç është”. Nuk garantojmë punë pa ndërprerje, pa gabime, apo se çdo nismë do të jetë e përshtatshme për ju. Mund të ndryshojmë, pezullojmë ose ndërpresim funksione; për ndryshime thelbësore ju njoftojmë paraprakisht.
Ne nuk përgjigjemi për: sjelljen e përdoruesve të tjerë, zhvillimin ose cilësinë e nismave të OJF-ve, apo ndërprerje të shkaktuara nga palë të treta (host, Pago, rrjeti). Asgjë këtu nuk përjashton përgjegjësinë që sipas ligjit shqiptar nuk mund të përjashtohet.
10. Mbyllja e llogarisë
Ju mund ta mbyllni në çdo moment: Cilësimet → Zona e rrezikshme → Fshi llogarinë, ose me butonin më poshtë. Fshirja është e menjëhershme dhe e pakthyeshme.
Ne mund ta pezullojmë ose mbyllim llogarinë tuaj për shkelje të këtyre kushteve, për mashtrim, ose kur na detyron ligji. Kur është e mundur, ju njoftojmë dhe ju japim mundësi të përgjigjeni.
Të dhënat financiare ruhen sipas Politikës së Privatësisë §5.
11. Ligji dhe zgjidhja e mosmarrëveshjeve
Zbatohet ligji shqiptar. Për mosmarrëveshjet janë kompetente gjykatat e Korçës. Përpara se të shkojmë atje, ju lutemi na shkruani — shumica e gjërave zgjidhen me një email.
12. Ndryshimet e kushteve
Kur i ndryshojmë, përditësojmë datën dhe, për ndryshime thelbësore, ju njoftojmë në aplikacion ose me email. Vazhdimi i përdorimit pas njoftimit do të thotë pranim.

Terms of Use
1. What this is
VoluntEja connects volunteers with initiatives run by non-profit organisations (NGOs) in Albania. It is operated by DORCAS AID INTERNATIONAL ALBANIA (“we”), L.10, Blloku i Ri i Sportit, Korçë, Shqipëri, tax ID K24308001I.
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the platform.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 16 or over.
- To donate you must be 18 or over and use payment means belonging to you.
- NGO accounts are created by people authorised to represent that organisation. NGOs are verified by us before they appear as verified; we may refuse or withdraw verification.
- One person, one account. Don’t share your password.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone has accessed it. You can log out on any device; tokens are revoked.
The details you give must be truthful — particularly your name and city, because NGOs rely on them when accepting you onto an initiative.
4. Rules of conduct
In the community and on your profile the following are prohibited: hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, violence, fraud, spam, unauthorised advertising, copyright infringement, impersonation, and posting other people’s personal data without consent.
The tools are in your hands and work today:
- Report a message (long-press it) — it goes to the administrators.
- Mute a user — their messages are hidden from your view but you can reveal them with a tap.
- Block a user — you no longer see any of their messages.
- Manage blocks and mutes under Settings → Privacy and security.
We may delete messages, mute or remove users from rooms, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. For serious breaches we act without warning.
5. Initiatives, applications and taking part
- When you apply, the host NGO sees your name, city and photo, and decides whether to confirm you.
- You can withdraw at any time from My applications. If you were confirmed, the participation points are removed — that is deliberate.
- Turn up if you are confirmed, or withdraw in good time. Repeated no-shows may limit your applications.
- The NGO is responsible for organising the activity, for safety, instructions and any legal obligations. If something goes wrong on the ground, raise it with the NGO — and tell us too.
- NGOs warrant that their initiatives are real, lawful and truthfully described.
6. Points, levels and badges
Points, levels and badges are symbolic recognition of your contribution. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or bought. We may correct points awarded in error or obtained by abuse (e.g. fake invites, fictitious applications).
7. Donations and campaigns
- Payments are processed by Pago. We never see or store your card details.
- A donation is confirmed only once Pago confirms the payment. The amount must fall within the limits shown in the app.
- Donations are non-refundable, with these exceptions: a documented duplicate payment or technical error, and a campaign cancelled before the funds were used. In either case write to info@dorcasalbania.org.
- Funds are used for the campaign’s purpose. If a campaign does not go ahead, Dorcas will redirect the funds to a similar purpose or refund them, as appropriate.
- A donation is not a purchase and gives you no ownership or return rights.
8. Your content
Content you upload (photos, messages, descriptions) remains yours. By uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the platform so that the platform can work.
You warrant that you have the right to upload it. If someone else appears in your photo, make sure they agree.
When you delete your account your content is deleted — see Privacy Policy §6.
The name “VoluntEja”, the logos and the platform design belong to DORCAS AID INTERNATIONAL ALBANIA.
9. Availability and changes
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any given initiative will suit you. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; for material changes we notify you in advance.
We are not responsible for: the conduct of other users, the running or quality of NGO initiatives, or outages caused by third parties (host, Pago, the network). Nothing here excludes liability that Albanian law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Closing your account
You can close it at any time: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, or with the button below. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We may suspend or close your account for breach of these terms, for fraud, or where the law requires it. Where possible we will tell you and give you a chance to respond.
Financial records are retained per Privacy Policy §5.
11. Law and disputes
Albanian law applies. The courts of Korçë have jurisdiction. Before it gets that far, please write to us — most things are settled by one email.
12. Changes to these terms
When we change them we update the date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the platform after notice means you accept them.
